We are currently looking for an **Assistant Director, MIM Career Coach** to join the Career Development Centre in our **Fontainebleau **campus.

As Assistant Director, Career Coach you will be responsible for coaching Master in Management (MIM) students on the Fontainebleau Campus and coaching them remotely when they are on the Singapore Campus.

Working closely with reporting manager, Director, Career Coaching & Education, you will:

- Deliver coaching sessions for MIMs,
Track the employment status of MIM students,
Be involved in stakeholder management, internal and external,
Develop and update career workshops and will deliver and work with external trainers to deliver workshops.
In addition to delivering career coaching and curriculum, you will also coordinate closely with Employer Engagement and Operations teams to deliver results for the MIMs.

This role will be a key member of the Fontainebleau Career Development Centre (CDC) team.

For coaching, you will be responsible for tracking engagement and career outcomes. You will be the first point of contact for questions related to their student engagement.

For curriculum, you will be responsible to contribute to the overall design of the curriculum including content, duration, format, and presenters. To ensure a robust curriculum, you will network and benchmark with other career service professionals and coaches as well.

Finally, you will be involved in team meetings and events for the CDC.

You will also have the opportunity to coordinate with the other teams within CDC and INSEAD, as well as act as a support for marketing activities.
- Bachelor’s Degree with a strong preference for those holding a Masters Degree or an MBA.
Career Coaching certification.
- A minimum of 10 years’ experience in either an executive search firm or in-house recruiter role (understanding of recruitment markets and/or world-class business education is a MUST) or in corporate training that included significant individual coaching, programme development and delivery.
- Substantial knowledge of international hiring trends across various sectors and career coaching for students.
- Ideally knowledgeable of the Masters labour market competencies
- Strong project management skills and strong in multitasking on a variety of responsibilities (operational execution, relationship building, advising, event planning).
- Experience of working in a fast-moving international environment
- Ability to build successful relationships with students and Internal / External Stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills and customer-oriented

- Vous développerez et mettrez à jour des ateliers sur les carrières et travaillerez avec des formateurs externes pour animer des ateliers.

Outre l'accompagnement professionnel et le programme d'études, vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec les équipes chargées de l'engagement des employeurs et des opérations afin d'obtenir des résultats pour les MIM.

Vous serez un membre clé de l'équipe du Centre de développement de carrière (CDC) de Fontainebleau.

Pour le coaching, vous serez responsable du suivi de l'engagement et des résultats de carrière. Vous serez le premier point de contact pour les questions relatives à l'engagement des étudiants.
