**MISSIONS**
**Vous êtes en charge du plus important : la satisfaction de nos clients**
Vous êtes l’interlocuteur principal de nos abonnés pour répondre à leurs questions et régler leurs problèmes. Vous êtes en lien quotidien avec l’équipe opérationnelle de chaque ville, pour l’organisation des interventions.
Vous êtes la voix du client en interne: vous faites remonter les besoins pour participer à l’amélioration continue de nos offres.
Vous participez à l’amélioration de nos process en faisant des feedbacks et des suggestions, en lien avec vos expériences et votre analyse des datas.
Vous reportez au responsable des opérations et du service client, et vous travaillez en collaboration avec les chefs de ville, et l’équipe de mécaniciens et logisticiens.

**PROFIL RECHERCHÉ**:

- Vous êtes très organisé et rigoureux (capacité à gérer plusieurs tâches en même temps)
- Vous avez un très bon relationnel, vous aimez le contact humain, résoudre des problèmes et aider les gens. Vous savez gérer le stress.
- Vous avez une bonne allocution et un orthographe parfait, pour échanger avec nos clients à l'écrit ou à l'oral.
- Idéalement vous avez une bonne connaissance de la mécanique cycles, pour être capable de réaliser des diagnostics à distance et de bien qualifier les interventions pour faciliter le travail de l’équipe Ops.

**CONDITIONS**
CDI temps plein.
Basé à Paris 15ème. Télétravail partiel possible.
