As Global Brand Manager Chikungunya you will support the global marketing team to execute the global strategy for the brand through close collaboration with global cross-function teams and country teams.

You will oversee data gathering and analysis, develop marketing tools, manage projects such as development of marketing materials related to disease awareness & branded campaigns. You will play an important role to support the global marketing team in achieving its objectives through successful cross-functional collaboration and alignment with internal and external stakeholders.

**This role will provide the opportunity to lead key brand activities.**
- Provide support in the brand strategy development and tactical execution
- Gather internal & external data as well as competitive information to deliver actionable business insights
- Lead the development of HCP & Consumer creative campaigns and deliverables in close collaboration with agencies:

- Own marketing budget, manage updates, open POs and track invoices
- Provide support for the global brand planning process

Manage company’s presence at international congresses (Materials & booth development, logistics and interactions with congress organizers)
**Requirements**:
**Basic Qualifications**

We are looking for professionals with the following required skills to achieve our goals:

- Educational background in Business Administration, Marketing, or Life Sciences
- 3-5 years or more of commercial experience in Pharmaceutical, Vaccines, Biotech or Consumer healthcare.
- Good communications skills
- Demonstrated marketing skills
- Competency in omnichannel marketing (including digital)

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Masters of Business Administration (MBA) a plus
- Ability to convey complex information simply. Capacity to collaborate effectively and build strong relationships across different countries, cultures and functions.
- Ability to grasp new concepts and data quickly along multiple dimensions - including but not limited to scientific data, business drivers and barriers
- Good communications and presentation skills, fluent in English (written and spoken), with mastery of other languages a plus

**Project management - ability to**:

- Analyze information and identify steps and tasks to be completed for a successful project;
- Prioritize, communicate effectively, and coordinate with cross-functional teams
- Utilize Valneva systems proficiently (i.e., Veeva, etc.)
- Lead the development of global marketing campaign materials, delivered through integrated channels to ensure best-in-class customer experience, and collaborate with countries to ensure full engagement, adoption & implementation.

**Brand management**:

- Research and map the market, align positioning and customer segmentation
- Collaborate cross-functionally with key stakeholders (i.e Medical Affairs, Market Access, etc.) to develop appropriate tactics;
- Manage external agencies;
**Effective communication**
- Effectively exchange information and ideas between one person or a group (within and outside of Valneva);
- Take into consideration others’ communication styles and ability to adapt styles;
- The ability to listen actively to others

**Problem Solving and Strategic Thinking**
- Identification of a problem through analysis of complex data and information from multiple sources;
- Raise awareness about potential problems and propose emerging solutions to Valneva;
**Business and finance acumen - ability to**:

- Read financial and sales reports;
- Manage Marketing budgets (using appropriate tools, i.e. Excel)
