Vous avez une passion pour la prospection, le contact client et la vente à distance ? Nous recherchons deux **lead Development Representative** pour renforcer notre équipe commerciale.
En tant qu’Inside Sales, vous serez responsable de générer des leads qualifiés et de créer des opportunités commerciales. Vous collaborerez étroitement avec nos équipes de vente et de marketing, en utilisant **Dynamics CRM** et **Sales Navigator** pour identifier, engager et convertir des prospects.
Vous travaillerez dans un domaine stimulant et innovant sur un segment de clients ETI et grandes entreprises auxquelles vous proposerez un large catalogue de solutions et de services IT.
**Responsabilités**:
- **Suivi des leads** : Utiliser Dynamics CRM pour gérer et suivre l'évolution des prospects tout au long du cycle de vente.
- **Collaboration étroite** avec l’équipe de vente pour assurer une conversion fluide des leads qualifiés en clients.
- **Reporting et analyse** : Fournir des rapports réguliers sur la performance des campagnes de génération de leads et proposer des actions correctives.
- **Relation client** : Établir une relation de confiance avec les prospects en identifiant leurs besoins spécifiques et en proposant des solutions adaptées.
**Profil recherché**:
- Excellentes compétences en communication écrite et orale.
- Capacité à travailler en collaboration avec les départements de vente et de marketing.
- Sens de l’organisation et aptitude à gérer plusieurs tâches simultanément.
- Expérience avec **Dynamics CRM** et **Sales Navigator**.
- Grande capacité d'écoute et approche orientée vers les solutions.

- **Salaire**: 35K€- 48k€, selon profil et expériences
