Randox Laboratories is a world leader in diagnostics for clinical healthcare, toxicology, and food security. We are seeking a Business Development Representative to join our team in Lille, France. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and preparing sales reports and projections.

About the Role:

  • Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the French diagnostics market.
  • Prepare sales reports and sales projections to inform business decisions.
  • Manage key accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and competitor awareness to stay ahead in the market.

Requirements:

  • Previous sales experience, preferably within the Health Sciences sector.
  • Qualified to at least a degree level.
  • Proactive approach and self-starting spirit to challenges in the market.
  • Experience within the French diagnostics market.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize working procedures.
  • High degree of self-motivation.
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft applications – Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Possess a full driving license.
  • Flexible, as the nature of this position will require to work such hours deemed necessary to complete the responsibilities.
