EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT & EVENT MANAGER - CDI
Paris 8 ème - St Lazare
Package 50/58K selon expérience
Anglais fluent
TT possible à hauteur d’un à deux jours semaine

Pour l'un de nos client, startup tech en pleine croissance présente dans plusieurs pays, nous recherchons un.e Executive Assistant & Event manager afin d’épauler le PDG dans son quotidien et les équipes dans l’organisation des events.

Nous recherchons une personne proactive, autonome et à l’excellent relationnel.

Tes missions:
Assistanat
- Gestion de l’agenda complexe et mouvant du PDG
- Organisation de ses réunions
- Gestion et organisation des déplacement en France et à l’international, gestion des demandes de visa et des NDF pour les membres du Comex
- Gestion des relations et des communications avec les membres du board et les investisseurs

Event
- Organisation des events de l’équipe et du bureau de paris (Offsites, lunch, drink, séminaires, Xmas party, Summer party.)
- Gestion de la collaboration avec les agences évènementielles
- Gestion du budget en collaboration avec l’équipe financière
- Organisation (planification et coordination d'événements) des sommets mondiaux.

Expérience de 4 à 5 ans requise sur un poste similaire, connaissance de l’univers startup appréciée
