**About the job**

We’re looking for an Account Executive to join one of our business units based in France. You will work on the Life Sciences industry and you will get to work on Enterprise accounts. You will join a team of talented sales experts and inside sales responsible for delivering business value and helping companies achieve their goals through the creative use of SAS products, technologies and services.

In 2023, SAS France has the challenge to expand its footprint within that industry and to develop new business cases around clinical trial, supply chain, sales and marketing. You can rely on success stories, internal resources and champions to expand the business.

**As an Account Executive Life Sciences, you will**
- Take full ownership of accounts, be responsible to build long term relationships and drive business growth.
- Develop plans to identify accounts that have the potential for further development and execute them.
- Sell software, solutions and services to current and prospective customers; work with other sales/pre-sales/domain/personnel to position and leverage sales opportunities.
- Direct complex sales opportunities including implementation plans, which include the coordination of internal and/or external services.
- Prepare standard quotations and proposal information as needed; work with other departments to create and finalize contracts and set time schedules for delivery services.
- Follow up with customers to track satisfaction levels and to discover additional revenue opportunities.

**Required Qualifications**
- Several years of experience in driving complex software sales processes and long term sales cycle.
- Ability to initiate and lead projects and work effectively in a team environment.
- Fluent in French and English.
- You’re curious, passionate, authentic and accountable. These are ourvalues and influence everything we do.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Demonstrated experience in working around analytics solutions.
- Knowledge about the Life Sciences market and trends.
