**Missions**

Développer & gérer un portefeuille clients:

- Fidélise 100% des clients de son portefeuille
- Adapte son discours et son offre aux besoins et caractéristiques clients
- Crée une relation de partenariat durable avec le client par des contacts réguliers
- Sécurise le client
- Désamorce les tensions, litiges ou conflits
- Participe à l'amélioration continue des process et procédures client

Profil recherché

**Profil**
- Minimum 7 ans d'expérience opérationnelle à un poste similaire.
- Esprit de synthèse, sens de l analyse, rigueur, pro-activité
- Persévérant(e), dynamique et force de persuasion
- Excellent sens du relationnel / contact
- Anglais professionnel
