En tant qu'International Business Development Manager (\*all gender), vous êtes responsable du développement constant et de la mise en œuvre sur les marchés internationaux EMEA de Zippo (par exemple, l'Europe de l'Est, la Grèce).

Vous travaillez également en étroite collaboration avec les cadres et les équipes de gestion, vous rencontrez des partenaires commerciaux potentiels, vous entretenez les relations avec les clients existants et vous surveillez les tendances du marché pour développer de nouvelles opportunités commerciales.

Pour assister notre directeur des exportations - EMEA, Asie du Sud et Australasie, nous recherchons un responsable du développement commercial international à temps plein, basé dans notre bureau de Paris dès que possible.

Vos missions
- Extension des domaines d'activité et des canaux de distribution déjà existants
- Coopération avec les distributeurs et les vendeurs existants en Suisse et à l'étranger
- Création de nouveaux secteurs d'activité, marchés de vente, produits, nouveaux clients et partenaires sur les marchés de la région EMEA (par exemple, sports/extérieur, alimentation, bricolage, pharmacies, commerce électronique sur différents marchés de vente)
- Planification et réalisation du budget
- Développement de stratégies, création de plans d'affaires
- Suivi et rapports
- Traitement de projets spéciaux sur différents marchés EMEA, tels que l'identification de nouvelles relations directes avec des comptes clés sur/dans des canaux/régions sélectionnés
- Création de plans d'affaires pour les ventes potentielles de nouveaux produits dans différentes catégories de produits

- Solides compétences en matière de communication et de négociation dans un environnement interculturel
- Assertivité et assurance dans les négociations avec les clients ou les partenaires.
- Capacité de réflexion analytique
- Créativité, adaptabilité et flexibilité pour développer de nouveaux secteurs d'activité
- Formation commerciale complète (ou diplôme), plusieurs années d'expérience professionnelle
- Expérience dans le domaine de la vente, du marketing, de la gestion de projets et du contrôle de gestion, idéalement dans le secteur du commerce de détail ou des biens de consommation
- Esprit d'entreprise avec un haut degré d'initiative et des compétences de mise en œuvre
- Connaissance des exigences du marché (marchés EMEA), compétences analytiques et goût pour les activités de recherche
- Maîtrise de l'anglais, idéalement connaissance d'autres langues
- Basé à Düsseldorf, Paris ou Londres
- Compétences interculturelles et forte propension à voyager
