Le Groupe Cerba HealthCare vous propose de rejoindre sa Holding où vous rejoindrez l’équipe Infrastructure & Production qui joue un rôle essentiel dans la définition et la mise en œuvre de la stratégie réseau de l'entreprise.
Le Lead Microsoft Product est responsable de la gestion, de la mise en œuvre et de l'optimisation des solutions Microsoft au sein de l'entreprise. Il/Elle assure le bon fonctionnement, la performance et l'évolution des produits Microsoft, en garantissant leur alignement avec les objectifs stratégiques de l'entreprise.
**Ce que vous développerez chez nous**:
Gestion des Produits Microsoft:
- Superviser la configuration, la mise en œuvre et le maintien des produits Microsoft tels que InTune, Microsoft 365, MDM, Autopilot, AD.
- Assurer la veille technologique sur les évolutions et les mises à jour des produits Microsoft.
Planification et Stratégie:
- Développer des plans stratégiques pour l'intégration et l'utilisation des solutions Microsoft.
- Collaborer avec les équipes métiers pour comprendre leurs besoins et proposer des solutions adaptées.
Support et Maintenance:
- Fournir un support technique de haut niveau pour résoudre les problèmes complexes liés aux produits Microsoft.
- Gérer les incidents et les demandes de changement, en veillant à minimiser les interruptions de service.
Sécurité et Conformité:
- Mettre en œuvre et surveiller les politiques de sécurité pour les produits Microsoft.
- Assurer la conformité avec les réglementations en vigueur et les politiques internes de l'entreprise.
Formation et Documentation:
- Former les utilisateurs finaux et les équipes techniques sur les nouvelles fonctionnalités et les bonnes pratiques.
- Créer et maintenir une documentation complète et à jour des systèmes et des processus.
Gestion d'équipe:
- Encadrer et développer une équipe d'experts Microsoft.
- Fixer des objectifs clairs et évaluer régulièrement les performances de l'équipe.
Collaboration et Communication:
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les autres départements IT et les parties prenantes de l'entreprise.
- Communiquer de manière efficace sur les projets, les mises à jour et les incidents.

**Profil**:
**Ce que nous recherchons chez notre futur.e collaborateur/collaboratrice**:
- De niveau Bac+5 avec un diplôme supérieur en informatique, ingénierie ou dans un domaine connexe.
- Vous avez plusieurs certifications Microsoft (Microsoft Certified : Azure Solutions Architect, Microsoft 365 Certified : Enterprise Administrator Expert)
- Vous avez une expérience significative en gestion de projets IT et en implémentation de solutions Microsoft.
- Vous avez une forte capacité à fédérer et à vulgariser vos sujets auprès de différents publics. Vous avez d’excellentes compétences en communication écrite et orale
