By moving away from traditional product-centric model of selling with reactive repair service to focus on selling a total solution combining a range of customer-oriented services around the product.

**Help build Service-as-a-business**

In this newly created role, you will manage a team of contract specialists and the team of service support. As a strategic member of the service management team, you will report to the service director and act as his right-hand. You will also be required to work in close collaboration with finance, customer care, sales and marketing departments.

**Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to**:

- Service contract life cycle management including boosting commercial development
- Leasing contract life cycle management including boosting commercial development
- Machine refurbishment strategy
- Deployment and monitoring of performance indicators
- Management of strategic service projects in direct relation with the global teams

**Your profile**
- Engineering or business school master’s degree with a first management experience
- Solid experience in project management
- Customer oriented
- Analytical and structured
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- French and English are a must
