We are looking for an Account Executive to focus on our Upmarket Accounts (customers with an employee account of 1000+) in the French market

This is an exceptional opportunity to change the way companies communicate and help with their digital transformation by selling them a unified communications platform.

Role Responsibilities:

- Create client demos/ presentations, quotes/ proposals, and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs)
- Conduct high-level conversations with C-Level and VP -Level Executives to address business needs
- Develop and maintain business within existing accounts, manage complex sales situations and sales campaigns
- Qualify leads and identify prospects needs, engaging technical resources as required
- Utilise solution-selling techniques to effectively guide the sales process to close
- Up sell and leverage business from new and established customer relationships
- Utilise Salesforce CRM to provide timely and accurate sales activity tracking and status updates
- Work strategically with management to deliver forecasts, identify trending opportunities/challenges, and provide recommended solutions
- Resolve client issues in a timely and thorough manner; escalates issues to manager as appropriate
- Keep informed of product line, competition and industry trends that may impact client business activities
- Meet or exceed sales and product objectives.

**Experience**:

- Ideally 5+ years of Account Executive experience in a Technology company selling to C-level audiences
- Prior experience as an Account Executive selling cloud software solutions in the French market
- Ability to prospect and hunt for new business
- Experience working with majors/enterprise clients (employee count of 1000+) preferred
- Proficient in CRM (especially Salesforce), MS Excel, MS PowerPoint.
- Presence and proficiency in social media such as LinkedIn is also a plus
- Fluent in English and French
