**Business Development Manager - Weber Stores (Based in London)**

**YOUR ROLE**

As Business Development Manager - Weber Stores, you will lead the roll out of our new Weber & Weber Original Stores - W(O)S Monobrand retail concept in the UK, France and Benelux (Hub West). You will ensure an outstanding, authentic and brand oriented shopping experience throughout all W(O)S and monitor the execution and performance of their Weber Grill Academies.

This role is based in London, relocation will be required.

**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES.**
- Take full ownership of the W(O)S concept for Hub West, aligning our approach with the EMEA strategy and tailoring local solutions where needed
- Work closely with local Sales teams/EMEA DTC team and develop localized concept to promote the creation of Weber Stores with new/existing partners
- Manage store roll outs from planning and implementation (including store opening campaigns) to hand-over to external partners
- Implement Weber Store branding for interior fit out of premises including installation of commercial equipment and lay out of products
- Develop a local retailmarketing calendar based on product launches, promotions and global campaigns and implement EMEA DTC retail marketing calendar (for all stores in EMEA)
- Set sales plans and develop merchandising plans for product forecasting and ordering
- Prepare and execute the Weber mystery shopping strategy for W(O)S and set up a reward program for best-in-class Weber Stores
- Analyze and report KPIs to the Country Manager, Hub VP and EMEA team
- Contribute to the future W(O)S EMEA strategy, providing strategical input on behalf of Hub West

**WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE?**
- Extensive retail experience, including expertise in opening retail stores and organising “shop in shop” concepts
- Successful business development experience, for example, franchise expansion
- Demonstrated commercial acumen and business judgement
- Experience managing the full P&L of a business unit of high-end products and premium retail service to support our external retail partners
- Strong project management skills
- Strength in building trust and working relationships with different levels of the organisation
- Experience working in an international company and collaborating across departments
- Excellent communication, analytical and problem solving skills
- Fluency in English and French essential, with Dutch desirable
- Willingness to regularly travel within the UK and Europe, as and when the job requires
