The group recently launched its marketplace. It is a key pillar of an ambitious plan to transform the entire business and become the world's leading habitat platform. The marketplace will help expand the product and service offering, improve Customer experience, reinforce the market positioning and create a key revenue stream:
The marketplace team is looking for a Key Account Manager Customer Success in charge of developing mature sellers.

The role offers the unique opportunity to support the growth of medium and large businesses, lead growth initiatives and develop a deep understanding of e-commerce. The Key Account Manager will play a key role in the long-term improvement of the Customer and Seller experience, as well as the success of the marketplace.

Responsibilities include account managing mature sellers, growth levers negotiation to maximize sellers success on the marketplace, and implementation of self services processes to make them autonomous on the platform. In parallel to his sales role, the Key Account Manager Customer Success will be able to lead and influence across a broad range of international projects.

The position will be based in our offices in Lille or Paris, France.

**Job Description**:
The Key Account Manager will have several key responsibilities, including

⦁Get a deep understanding of the internal and external variables that impact the marketplace (forecasting and planning sales growth, auditing and reporting key metrics, understanding trends) to identify category-specific market opportunities to improve Customer experience and grow the business.

⦁Developing an existing sellers portofolio through the negotiation of growth levers

⦁Structure the implementation of tools and processes that will allow sellers to develop their activity in autonomy

⦁Develop sales opportunities mass communication to our sellers

⦁Coordinate projects across the organization (coordinating with representatives within sales, IT, Retail, stores and finance) and communicate with internal and external parties, while meeting tight deadlines for high visibility projects.

⦁Conduct analysis of business opportunities to meet and exceed revenue, profitability and operations performance targets.

Basic Qualifications

⦁Highly organized and results oriented with a high degree of ownership.

⦁Strong commercial and analytic skills.

⦁Strong written and verbal communication skills.

⦁Personal initiative and strong hands-on attitude along with creativeness, decisiveness and results-driven mentality for a business-focused way of thinking.

⦁French and English proficiency.

Preferred Qualifications

⦁3 to 5 years of experience in consulting, e-commerce and/or retail/consumer product industries.

⦁Master Degree in Business, Engineering or related field from a top-tier university.

⦁Experience in building relationships and driving growth with business partners.

⦁Other European languages are an advantage.

Le poste offre une occasion unique de soutenir la croissance des petites et moyennes entreprises, de diriger des initiatives de croissance et de développer une compréhension approfondie du e-commerce. Le key account manager jouera un rôle clé dans l'amélioration à long terme de l'expérience client et vendeur, ainsi que dans le succès de la place de marché.

Les responsabilités comprennent l'accompagnement de marchands matures, la négociation de nouveaux leviers de croissance auprès de ceux-ci pour leur assurer un succès à long terme sur la place de marché, ainsi que la mise en place de processus self-service pour leur permettre de devenir autonomes sur la plateforme.
