Déploiement de la marque employeur Lacoste en interne et en externe (création de contenu, coordination avec notre agence de communication, proposition de nouveaux formats )
- Création et déploiement d’une formation au recrutement pour tous les Managers
- Participation au déploiement du nouvel outil de recrutement (ATS) monde
- Coordination du Global HR Onboarding à destination de tous nos nouveaux RH
- Reporting et suivi des KPI Recrutement Monde (notamment sur la problématique de diversité)
- Déploiement du process de mobilité interne, suivi et formation
- BAC +4 / BAC+5 : stage de césure ou stage de fin d’études // Ecole de commerce ou équivalent universitaire
- Idéalement un stage de 6 mois réussi en gestion de projet RH
- Anglais courant
- Rigueur, organisation, proactivité, dynamisme, esprit d’équipe, autonomie, esprit d’initiative, agilité et capacité d’adaptation
