Head of Customer Success Manager

Nous sommes une start-up dans la Tech (SaaS) à la recherche de son.sa futur.e "Head of Customer Sucess Managers".
Spécialisés dans la personnalisation on-site et le scoring, notre outil s'adresse aux marques et sites e-commerce afin d'extraire le maximum de valeur de leur trafic web.
A la tête d'une équipe de 10 CSM, vos principales missions seront:
- Participer à l’analyse des besoins clients avant la signature des contrats (avant-vente)
- Définir des plans d'activation on-site qui répondront aux enjeux et besoins de nos clients en collaboration avec votre équipe
- Elaborer des scénarios web marketing pour améliorer les performances web de nos clients toujours en collaboration avec votre équipe
- Réaliser des revues de portefeuille clients sur les avancées des campagnes, l'évolution de leurs besoins, leurs retours marchés & la pertinence financière de notre solution (ROI) dans un souci constant de limiter le churn
- Analyser les données collectées pour améliorer notre rentabilité
- Faire remonter les informations clients à notre équipe IT en tant que chef de produit également
- Mais aussi participation constante à l’ajustement de l’offre commerciale, veille sur le marché et recrutements au sein de votre équipe
