**Description du poste**
Nous sommes à la recherche de notre futur Customer Support Intern pour accompagner nos agents immobiliers dans l’utilisation de notre technologie tout en collaborant avec les équipes Produit et Tech pour optimiser la plateforme et garantir une expérience client exceptionnelle. Vos missions seront les suivantes:

- Reporting hebdomadaire des tickets Freshdesk
- Collaboration étroite avec l’équipe Produit / Tech pour améliorer l’utilisation/adoption de la plateforme par les agents immobiliers
- Collaboration avec l’ensemble des équipes Casavo afin de garantir une excellente qualité de service (Produit, Tech, Data, IT, Marketing, Finance et Sales)
- Création et mise à jour d’articles pour alimenter notre FAQ à destination de nos agents & internes
- Veille de qualité quotidienne des annonces publiées sur le site Casavo et sur toutes les plateformes de diffusion
- Aide à la commercialisation des biens
- Garantir une expérience client de qualité

**Qualifications**
- Stage de 6 mois rémunéré (Septembre-Février)
- Une première expérience en support client est appréciée
