Ataway est à la recherche d'un Senior Sales Executive ambitieux et énergique pour soutenir sa croissance et étendre sa présence sur le marché Français et EMEA.
Directement rattaché(e) à la Managing Director France, vous représenterez Ataway afin d'établir et de mettre en œuvre une stratégie commerciale efficace. L'objectif est d'assurer une croissance durable en établissant des relations solides avec des partenaires clés et des clients stratégiques.
La cible principale est, entre autres, les grands comptes internationaux ayant des projets complexes d'implémentation internationale de systèmes d'information.
Vos principales responsabilités seront les suivantes:
- Développer une stratégie de croissance axée sur la rentabilité, la satisfaction des clients et la gestion d'alliances solides, conformément à la stratégie globale
- Développer le portefeuille clients
- Établir et entretenir une relation forte avec les alliances clés d'Ataway (Oracle et UKG pour commencer)
- Promouvoir les produits/services de l'entreprise en répondant aux attentes des clients ou en les anticipant
- Préparer les contrats de vente en veillant au respect des règles et directives établies par la loi
- Assurer la visibilité du Delivery
- Mettre à jour notre CRM permettant une visibilité sur les opportunités, les prévisions de vente, les dépenses, etc.
- Fournir un feedback fiable et un support après-vente
- Établir des relations à long terme avec de nouveaux clients ou existants
- Effectuer des recherches pour identifier de nouveaux marchés et des besoins clients
Profil recherché
Une connaissance de l'**écosystème Oracle** est **indispensable**.
Vous êtes titulaire d'une formation en vente, commerce, IT ou discipline connexe.
Vous avez une capacité naturelle à établir et à maintenir des relations solides avec un ensemble diversifié de parties prenantes internes et externes, y compris des executifs, des partenaires éditeurs ou sociétés de conseil et des équipes ventes.
Vous savez également naviguer dans des organisations complexes et entretenir votre réseau au sein de chaque organisation.
Vous avez la capacité de penser de manière stratégique, tout en restant concentré sur le suivi de l'avancement des actions et leur conclusion dans les délais appropriés.
- La maîtrise du français et de l'anglais est indispensable.
