Minimum 10 ans
- Vous diplômé(e) d’un bac + 5 et vous justifiez d’une expérience minimum de 10 ans en communication
- Vous avez cette capacité à comprendre une stratégie et des enjeux business parfois complexes,
- Vous avez le gout et l'aptitude à travailler en équipe et de façon transversale ; dans des environnements évolutifs et très dynamiques,
- Vous possédez des qualités relationnelles : créativité, aisance relationnelle, écoute, pédagogie, force de proposition et de conviction,
- Vous avez le sens de l'organisation et du détail,
- Vous avez un très bon niveau d'anglais (lu, écrit et parlé).

**Activités**
Vos missions seront les suivantes:

- Contribuer à la définition de la feuille de route communication de la BU Renewables (BU REN) et à la mise en œuvre du plan d’action correspondant,
- Réaliser les outils, canaux et évènements existants communication internes grand public et managériaux propres à la BU REN en synergie et complémentarité avec ceux de la Branche:

- organiser, en particulier, des événements avec ou sans le support d’une agence: recherche de lieu, sélection (lancement et suivi des appels d’offre en relation avec la direction Achats) et gestion des prestataires sélectionnés (logistique, agence de com, IT ), gestion et animation du site web d’inscription, réalisation des conducteurs, élaboration du programme, développement de produits éditoriaux pertinents (vidéos, interviews, infographies, présentations PowerPoint, etc.) en privilégiant des formats innovants,
- assurer l’animation éditoriale des supports d’information (newsletter, Yammer, Sharepoint, WAT) et produire le contenu correspondants (vidéos, infographies, articles),
- mettre en œuvre actions de communication relatives à l’intégration des sociétés acquises au niveau central des BU REN dans le cadre d’opérations de M&A,
- apporter du support lorsqu’elles interviennent au périmètre des LBUs/Filiales,
- réaliser et mettre à jour les supports de présentation de la BU, actualiser la base d’éléments de langage,
- Contribuer à la production de contenus destinés à décrypter et valoriser les enjeux et les activités de l’IP dans le supports internes de la Branche et ceux, internes et externes (Web, Médias Sociaux, Communiqués de presse,.) de la Compagnie,
- Assurer la gestion de certains sujets de communications externes hors scope de la Direction de la communication Corporate (salons, conférences, Web,) en support au business,
- Respecter le budget alloué,
- Définir des critères d’évaluation et des KPIs.
