About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled HR Business Partner to join our team at AWS EMEA SARL (France Branch) - G48. As an HR Business Partner, you will play a key role in driving business outcomes by providing strategic HR guidance and support to our leaders and employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with leaders to develop forward-looking strategies and goals focused on the employee experience.
- Collaborate with AWS business leaders and other HR teams to innovate, implement, and deploy HR strategies.
- Provide support to our employees and their leaders aligned to an AWS business line or region, calling on HR expertise and empathy.
- Consult, coach, and develop leadership through decision making with empathy and sound judgment.
- Foster and role model an environment of inclusion for all employees.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher, in Human Resources or related field.
- 5+ years of relevant Human Resources experience.
- Strong business and HR acumen, including strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and analysis.
- Strong communication skills.
- Thrives in a high-pressure environment and able to manage multiple simultaneous priorities.
- Possesses intellectual curiosity; brings insight into the team & business.
- Works Council experience and knowledge.
