About the Role: We're looking for a creative, results-oriented Field Marketing Manager to drive growth in the France and Benelux region. In this role, you’ll develop and execute regional marketing programs in close partnership with sales, channel, and marketing teams to generate high-quality pipeline. From virtual and in-person events to trade shows and creative campaigns, you'll lead initiatives that deliver real impact. You’ll also analyze performance metrics to refine tactics and optimize results. This role is ideal for a collaborative, agile marketer who excels at cross-functional execution and driving measurable outcomes. Responsibilities: Manage the full lifecycle of field marketing programs, including seminars, trade shows, conferences, webinars, localized content initiatives, and industry association initiatives. Plan and execute, coordinate contracts and logistics, localize corporate messaging to the respective regions, develop promotional campaigns to drive attendance, execute virtual or on-site activities, and conduct post‑event follow‑up and performance tracking. Initiate channel partners' joint marketing initiatives to generate demand within their respective markets. Ensure targeting is aligned to the company's Account‑Based motion to drive qualified pipeline through integrated, multi‑touch campaigns. Identify the most effective tactics and assets to accelerate pipeline progression and drive measurable impact. Examples include email campaigns, executive experiences, or direct mailers. Oversee all elements of the regional marketing budget, including purchasing, payment processing, and resource provisioning. Research and evaluate key industry events in the region, including identifying opportunities for speaking engagements and calls for papers. Requirements: 2-3 years of experience in field marketing, with a background across multiple marketing disciplines including customer‑facing events, digital campaigns, and email marketing. Outstanding presentation, communication, and writing skills, with the ability to craft clear, compelling content for various audiences. Natural project manager with strong organizational abilities, skilled in managing multiple marketing campaigns concurrently with precision and efficiency. Proven ability to perform under pressure while proactively seeking stakeholder feedback to enhance outcomes and collaboration. Knowledge in Salesforce, HubSpot, Asana, and Zoom, with an ability to quickly learn new software tools. Prior experience in B2B cybersecurity companies is preferred.
