Profile Sought : Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) is looking for motivated and dynamic interns to join our team as Pre-Sales Legal Consultant Interns. Requirements : Must-Have Candidates looking for an end of study internships Pursuing M2 in Law, Business Law Fluent in French and English Excellent attitude and attention to detail Available for end-of-study internship Nice-to-Have Experience with contract review or legal documentation Understanding of IT contracts or commercial law Soft Skills Analytical, rigorous, proactive Strong communication and collaboration skills Able to work under pressure and with deadlines Responsibilities : As a Pre-Sales Legal Consultant Intern, your responsibilities will include: Conduct first-level contract reviews for the sales team Liaise with the legal team for escalations Support compliance and risk assessment activities and mitigation plan for faster conversion with clients Maintain legal documentation and templates as per TCS best practices Collaborate with sales and presales teams on legal matters Why join TCS: Join an international company and a leader in its field.
