Excellent verbal and written communicaito skills in EnglishThe primary focus of this role is to align and streamline sales, marketing, and customer success operations within memoQ in order to drive predictable, scalable revenue growth. You will bring improved efficiency, data-driven insights, and unified processes across the teams. You will also act as the internal representative of the Sales department, coordinating with other functions (Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, Product) to optimise processes and enhance the customer journey.Why memoQ?If you love learning and would like to work with some of the best minds in the industry, memoQ, a global market leader in translation technology and one of the top 500 fastest-growing SaaS companies in the world, can be a great choice for your continued professional growth.If workplace atmosphere is important to you, you’ll love working as part of memoQ’s highly motivated, talented, international team, with enthusiastic and helpful co-workers.If you like freedom and flexibility, you’ll enjoy the autonomy and you’ll be trusted at memoQ to make your own decisions, optionally working from home and also enjoying flexible working hours.What you’ll do in this role at memoQAdminister and optimize the CRM (Hubspot).Coordinate with the Regional Directors to configure pipelines, properties, workflows, and automations.Ensure data accuracy and enforce data hygiene practices.Train and support sales reps, BDMs and CSMs in tool usage.Sales Process Design & OptimizationDesign, document, and roll out scalable sales processes that align with company growth goals.Map out the sales funnel from lead to close.Coordinate with the Regional Directors and other departments to reduce the sales cycle.Standardize sales stages, qualification criteria, and handoff processes.Build scalable playbooks and documentation.Identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements.Reporting & AnalyticsCreate dashboards and reports for sales KPIs (e.g., conversion rates, pipeline velocity, quota attainment)Analyze trends to provide actionable insights to leadership.Own forecasting models and pipeline health reporting.Track performance against targets for reps and teams.Develop and maintain sales playbooks, templates, and collateral.Onboard new sales team members on tools and processes.Work with leadership to define compensation structures, quotas, and territories.Support managers in coaching reps using performance data.Cross-Functional CollaborationPartner with Marketing on lead scoring, campaign attribution, and MQL → SQL handoff.Work with Customer Success on renewals, upsell processes, and churn reduction.Align with Finance for forecasting, revenue recognition, and commissions.Bridge the gap between sales, product, and operations for smoother workflows.Strategic InitiativesEvaluate and implement new sales technologies.Support GTM (go-to-market) strategy by providing operational insights.Help design territory planning and capacity models.Drive continuous improvement in sales efficiency and productivity.In addition to the above, role keeper shall perform any other tasks as may be designated by the direct lead which is closely related to the positionWhat we think will help you succeed in this role4–7 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or related sales leadership roles in a SaaS or B2B environment.Proven track record of working with Hubspot.Experience in designing and optimizing sales processes and workflows across multiple teams.Strong background in reporting, analytics, and forecasting.Exposure to cross-functional collaboration (Sales, Marketing, Finance, Product).Ability to communicate, present andinfluenceall levels of the organizationExcellent verbal and written communications skills (in English)How to applyIf you think you possess the necessary skills and experience, please apply with your CV, and a brief cover letter.
