We’re looking for a Service Manager for Region South & MENA who shares our passion for quality, teamwork, and delivering results that matter. In this role, you won’t just be managing tasks; you will build relationships, take care of customers, develop and improve communication structure within technical service. Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities Responsible for all technical equipment delivered to customer site. Responsible for the Elopak System (Blanks‑Machine‑Caps) at customer site. Assist market area/unit in claim procedure by providing technical know‑how. Preparation of quotations for customers regarding upgrades, modifications, spare parts for service calls, etc. Act as a link between customers, sales and technical service. Maintain and document coordinated communication regarding the customer strategy. Troubleshoot in filling machines. Managing maintenance actions. Collaboration in project planning and its implementation. Qualifications Technical education or similar. Experience leading teams of 3‑6 people. Experience managing customers from a technical service perspective for at least 3 to 5 years. Willingness to travel. CRM, MS Office.
