Account Executive - France 🇫🇷 (Retail industry)We’re expanding our Retail segment Sales Team in France and are looking for a full-stack Account Executive to engage with prospects and turn them into Alan customers. This role focuses on the Retail segment, interacting with HR executives to CEOs.What you’ll doYou’ll own the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing.In our Retail Sales team, the average sales cycle is 6 months, dealing with companies ranging from 20 to 600 employees, with an ARR of 150K€ on average.Drive deals and close strategic opportunities with prospects; sometimes manage customer relationships to ensure the best possible onboarding.Educate prospects, provide inspiring product demos, and onboard key stakeholders, making the transition from prospect to customer seamless.Understand and apply the Alan Smart & Soft selling method, delivering a high-quality, personalized prospect experience.Contribute to growth and improvement by challenging us to enhance products, methods, and strategy and participating in initiatives to expand the customer base.Meet Victoire Bartholoni, who started as a BDR and grew to Account Executive within the Medium Crew.Who we’re looking forAt least 4 years of experience managing the full sales cycle (prospecting to closing); prospecting is a key part of the role.Interest in interacting with prospects from the Retail segment.Full working proficiency in French (C2+) and advanced English.Highly organized with exceptional follow-up skills.Empathy and passion for understanding and solving prospects’ problems.Ability to influence through persuasion, negotiation, and consensus-building.Deep understanding of value drivers in recurring revenue business models.Great attitude and ability to collaborate in a small team.Eager to learn fast and make an impact from day 1.Based in (or willing to relocate to) Lyon, Marseille or Toulouse.Location and hiring detailsFor this opportunity, we are aiming to hire within the C0-C1 level range.If you’re excited about this opportunity but don’t check every box, we’d love to hear from you.
