About the Role We’re expanding our Sales team in France and are looking for a full‑stack Sales person to engage prospects and turn them into happy Alan customers. You will focus on companies in the Learn & Care industry—daycare centers, educational institutions, hospitals, home‑help services, and social work organisations—representing approximately 1.9 M potential members in France. Responsibilities Own the entire sales cycle—from prospecting to closing—in a B2B environment with an average cycle of 6 months and ARR of 150 K€. Educate prospects, deliver compelling product demos, and onboard key stakeholders to ensure a seamless transition. Apply the Alan Smart & Soft selling method to create a pleasant, delightful prospect experience. Collaborate closely with the team to refine product, methods, and strategy, and contribute to company growth initiatives. Maintain strong follow‑up and organized account management to support long‑term relationships. Qualifications At least 4 years of experience managing the full sales cycle, with a strong focus on prospecting. Full working proficiency in French (C2+) and advanced proficiency in English. Highly organised with exceptional follow‑up skills. Empathetic, passionate about solving prospects’ problems. Strong influence skills through persuasion, negotiation, and consensus‑building. Deep understanding of value drivers in recurring‑revenue business models. Team‑player with a great attitude and ability to collaborate in a small setting. Eager to learn fast and make an impact from day 1. Based in or willing to relocate to Paris, Bordeaux, Lyon, or Marseille.
