Account Executive (Transport) Join Alan as an Account Executive in our Transport Sales team. Alan’s mission is to make prevention the new norm of care for all. As a vertically integrated health partner, we seamlessly combine insurance and smart healthcare delivery into one system, creating the most member‑centric experience. We partner with 35,000+ companies, serve over 1 million users, and have reached 770 million € in ARR. Our Transport Sales team focuses on companies in road freight, warehousing, last‑mile delivery, and express services—roughly 1.2 million employees in France across 220,000+ companies. You will engage customers from HR executives to CEOs, own the full sales cycle, and help transform leads into satisfied Alan customers. What you will do You’ll own the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing. In the Transport Sales team, the average cycle is six months, dealing with companies ranging from 30 to 300 employees, with an average ARR of 150 000 €. As an Account Executive you will: drive deals and close strategic opportunities, occasionally handle customer relationships to ensure flawless onboarding, provide inspiring product demos, and guide key stakeholders through the transition from prospect to customer. We expect you to master the “Alan Smart & Soft\selling method”—making the prospect experience an integral part of the overall customer journey. You will also help us grow by challenging product, methods, and strategy through initiatives that expand our customer base. Who is a great fit? At least four years of experience managing the full sales cycle (prospecting to closing). Full working proficiency in French (C2+) and advanced English. Highly organized with exceptional follow‑up skills. Empathetic, passionate about solving prospects’ problems. Skilled at influencing through persuasion, negotiation, and consensus‑building. Deep understanding of value drivers in recurring‑revenue business models. Positive attitude and ability to collaborate in a small team. Eager to learn fast and produce impact from day one.
