Day 1: We’ve grown from 0 to 10 M€ ARR in just 4 years, and we’re ready to scale even further—we’re only at day 1 What you will do You’ll own the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing. In our Metallurgy Sales team, the average sales cycle is 6 months, dealing with companies ranging from 20 to 300 employees, with an average ARR of 150 K€. At Alan, Account Executives drive deals and close strategic opportunities with prospects. We sometimes handle some customer relationships to ensure the best possible onboarding. You’ll educate prospects, provide inspiring product demos, and onboard key stakeholders, making the transition from prospect to customer seamless. We expect you to understand and apply the Alan Smart & Soft selling method. This method ensures the prospect experience is an integral part of the overall Alan customer experience—making it pleasant and delightful for everyone. We expect you to be instructive to prospects (Smart), as well as to define the best personalised high‑touch strategy that suits each prospect (Soft). You’ll also help us grow and improve as a company, challenging us to enhance our product(s), methods, and strategy, and getting involved in initiatives to expand our customer base. ⭐ Is it you we’re looking for? Have at least 4 years of experience managing the whole Sales cycle, from prospecting to closing. Prospecting is a key part of the role. Have full working proficiency in French (C2 and above) and an advanced level in English. Be highly organised with exceptional follow‑up skills. Have empathy and be passionate about understanding and solving prospects' problems. Be able to influence through persuasion, negotiation, and consensus‑building. Have a deep understanding of value drivers in recurring revenue business models. Have a great attitude and ability to collaborate in a small team. Be eager to learn fast and make an impact from day 1. Be based in (or willing to relocate to) Paris, Bordeaux, Lyon or Marseille. We are aiming to hire within the C0‑D level range.
