The Role We're looking for an experienced b2b Account Manager who is proactive and versatile to grow our business in France. You'll play a crucial role in enhancing our brand presence, driving sales, and engaging our community of cycling enthusiasts. This is a varied and dynamic role where you'll be hands‑on with every aspect of sales and marketing, from sales operation activities, social media, customer service, to events. Key Responsibilities: Sales Operations: Developing the local dealer network and take full responsibility of sales activities such as, Dealer Visits / Collecting New Orders / Shipments / Customer Service / Monitor Account Receivable…etc. Marketing Operations: Social Media management. Facebook, Instagram and others which are important and effective in the area. Updating company's website. Customer Service Operations: Support dealers' enquirers such as, creating activities in building the Gusto Bike community, supporting dealers in processing consumer service cases. Others: Tasks assigned by the supervisor. Essential Skills & Experience: Proven experience in bike industry b2b sales and marketing. Minimum 3 years of working experience. Attention to details, strong communication and interpersonal skills, passionate and ability to work in a fast pace environment. Ability to lead and develop customer accounts which are aligned with Gusto's strategy. Precise and in‑time communication and reporting to HQ. Willingness to travel is a must. Video editing and Photoshop skills is a plus. Fluent in English. Chinese will be a plus. Driving license is required. MS-Office skills. #J-18808-Ljbffr
