You deserve it because you are… A Conversion Architect, skilled at diagnosing funnel bottlenecks and translating data into structured experimentation roadmaps that deliver measurable business outcomes. A Behavioral Strategist, fascinated by what drives human action, able to mix cognitive psychology, UX, and persuasion frameworks to design experiences that convert because they resonate. A Data‑driven Creator, fluent in GA4, Hotjar, AB Tasty, VWO, Amplitude, not just running tests but connecting insights to revenue, retention, and lifetime value. This is a full‑time position, carried out remotely or from our beautiful offices in Dubai or Lisbon. About Paradox French and English fluency is required. YOUR MISSION 🚀 Architect and pilot the Revenue Engine. You will transition Paradox from a founder‑led marketing approach to a brand‑led, repeatable, data‑driven engine. Your Key Responsibilities Offer–Market Fit continuously assessed, refined, repositioned, and launched. Identify which segments an offer truly works for and which it doesn’t; refine, reposition, or stop offers based on evidence. Architect funnels and campaigns (hands‑on): map them out, oversee implementation, set up tracking, ensure data integrity, design, launch, and analyze A/B tests. Relentless optimization (CRO & A/B Testing). Hunt for friction points, audit pages, propose fixes, and implement tests immediately. Channel exploration & scaling: oversee paid social, identify next acquisition channels, and maximize ROI/ROAS. Growth loops: design and optimize product, retention, referral, and content loops. Diagnose growth across acquisition, activation, sales alignment, retention, and expansion; identify constraints. Leadership: manage the Growth team, build, train, and, when necessary, let go of talent. Sales alignment & revenue quality: prioritize high‑intent leads, set up feedback loops with Sales, stop low‑quality campaigns. Tools you’ll master GA4, Optibase, Wefblow, Vidalytics, Clarity, Hotjar, Amplitude, Figma, Looker Studio, VWO, Optimizely, and any tools that help uncover hidden insights. You’ll own KPIs LTV / CAC ratio Funnel conversion rates by stage X experiments launched per week Desired Outcomes Conversion rates 2× better than baseline. Continuous growth experimentation runs. A predictable growth engine. Experience Minimum 3 years of experience in Conversion Rate Optimization, Growth Experimentation, or Performance Marketing, ideally within SaaS, e‑commerce, or digital product environments. Track record of designing, implementing, and scaling A/B and multivariate tests that generated measurable improvements in revenue, user activation, or conversion. Competencies Growth diagnosis & system thinking. Persuasion & behavioral insight. Analytical skills. Personality Curiosity: relentlessly dig into why users behave the way they do until uncovering the insight behind the data. Hands‑on execution. Precision: care about clarity in hypotheses, clean data, and unambiguous results. Agility: move fast, adapt instantly, and turn insights into tests within hours. Language French: Native / Bilingual. English: Fluent English, you can hold a conversation on specific details with English‑speaking colleagues. Our chosen language for written communication is English.
