Alan is a vertically integrated health partner that unites insurance and smart healthcare delivery into one system, serving over 700K members across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. Pre‑Sales Responsibilities Master the platform and support the Sales team with insights and tools. Listen to prospects’ needs and determine how Alan can address them. Assess functional alignment of prospects with Alan’s offering. Participate in RFP submissions and build responses with cross‑functional teams. Evangelize services and products during the customer acquisition journey. Advocate for customer needs to inform the platform roadmap. Prepare handover for onboarding delightful customers. Coordinate complex customer onboarding, leveraging unique customer knowledge. Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience working in a SaaS environment. Extensive experience in end‑to‑end procurement projects with RFI, RFQ, and RFP involvement. Strong active listening and requirements elicitation skills. Assertive and able to handle objections in complex environments. Pitch product transparently without overselling. Break down complex issues and identify product gaps. Excellent stakeholder management at senior level. Strong prioritization and commitment delivery. Team player eager to learn and grow. Fluent in both French and English. Preferred Experience Experience in the French public sector. Experience in HRIS ecosystems and payroll solutions. Experience in insurance or health platforms.
