SPTS operates across 19 countries in Europe, North America and Asia-Pacific, and offers comprehensive service and spare parts support through a worldwide network of service centers and qualified local agents.Job Description / Preferred QualificationsField Apps Engineer Supporting SPTS Deposition and Etch technical engagements with customers in the field. This role will primarily support STM based in Grenoble but will also potentially support other European customer sites.Major ResponsibilitiesDefining and executing customer specific product penetration, positioning, and market share strategiesDeveloping relationships with key customer technical buying influences with a deep understanding of leading-edge semiconductor processesDriving collaboration projects, evaluations, H2H, ramp support etc. to deliver differentiated product value, ensure continued product learning and solve customer issuesHaving a strong understanding of the customer sales cycle and process. Jointly develop sales strategies in collaboration with account managers.Delivery of effective technical presentations and product demonstrations to customersMinimum QualificationsMaster\'s Level Degree or work experience of 4 years, Bachelor\'s Level Degree or work experience of 5 yearsStrong technical background in on-wafer manufacturing processStrong business acumen with understanding of customer technical issuesSelf-starter with strong focus on executionThe ability to own and take responsibility for multiple projects and to deal with all issues proactively and efficientlyExcellent English communication/presentation skill and proficient in project managementMSc in Science/Engineering-based fieldWe offer a competitive, family friendly total rewards package.
