About us 👇🏼lemlist is the sales engagement platform that gives sales teams the unfair advantage they deserve.Bootstrapped since day one, we’ve grown from 0 to $40M ARR in 6 years, without raising a single dollar.Today, we’re a profitable B2B SaaS company valued at $150M, trusted by 40,000+ sales teams worldwide to book more meetings and close more deals.Your missionWe’re looking for a FP&A Analyst/Finance Ops to help us structure, operate, and scale the Finance function at lempire.You’ll work as the right hand of the Head of Finance, covering 4 products and 3 P&Ls, at the crossroads of Finance, Operations, Billing, and Data.Your mission is to ensure:reliable and understandable numbers,solid and scalable finance processes,clear financial insights for leadership and decision-making.What you’ll doReporting & FP&AMaintain and improve monthly consolidated reporting (P&L, cash, SaaS KPIs)Prepare quarterly investor reportingAnalyze actuals vs budget and propose action plansBuild and improve FP&A models (budget, forecasts, business plan)Prepare inputs for external accountants and support monthly closingsCash & Financial OperationsMonitor weekly cash position and simple cash forecastsControl Order-to-Cash and Procure-to-Pay processesOperate Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable processed when needed to support our Billing specialist.Bring financial expertise to cross-functional billing-related projects (tax, invoicing, fraud, pricing).Identify optimization opportunities across finance tools (eg Stripe, Pennylane).Performance KPIs & Special projectsFollow key financial and operational metrics and audit discrepancies between data sources.Maintain an updated documentation of finance processes in our knowledge base.Contribute to ad-hoc projects such as M&A, Investors’ requests, etc.Who you arePreferred experience2–5 years of experience, ideally in:Audit / Transaction Services,FP&A or BizOps in a start-up/scale-up,Finance Ops in a SaaS company.SkillsMust-haveExcellent command of Google Sheets / Excel.Solid understanding of financial reporting.Strong accounting fundamentals, allowing you to:understand journal entries,read a general ledger / FEC,connect accounting data with P&L and cash reporting,work efficiently with external accountants.High tech literacy, comfortable in data-driven environments.Fluency in English & FrenchNice-to-haveSolid understanding of SaaS financial mechanics.SQL knowledge (reading queries and making light adaptations).MindsetStrong ownership and autonomy (no babysitting).Pragmatic, solution-oriented, and hands-on.Comfortable in fast-paced and lean environments.Clear, structured, and concise communicator.Able to work closely with tech-heavy teams.What’s in it for you:You’ll be at the core of financial decision-making at lempireYou’ll work on concrete topics: reporting, cash, billing, dataYou’ll have real impact from your first months in a fast-growing SaaS companyA place where best ideas winA remote friendly environmentA chance to work with an innovative, fast‑paced team with a bias for actionRecruitment processInterview with Victoire our Talent Acquisition ManagerInterview with Philippe, our Head of financeBusiness Case (async.) + Live Q&A with Oriane (CoS)Interview with Charles, our CEOReference CheckOffer #J-18808-Ljbffr
