You will be both a hands-on field leader and a senior commercial strategist, directly responsible for shaping our European commercial footprint while guiding teams to execute with excellence in the operating room.The ideal candidate thrives in dynamic, fast-growing environments and wants to directly influence the adoption of a breakthrough ophthalmic technology in Europe.You will report directly to the VP Sales & Marketing.Location: Remote (Europe). Preferred: United Kingdom, Spain, Italy or France (Lyon).Mobility: A reliable car suitable for frequent business travel is required. Full clean driving license is mandatory.Travel readiness: This role involves extensive European travel, sometimes with short notice and including multiple nights staying away from home.
