Group IT Service Operations and Support Specialist Join to apply for the Group IT Service Operations and Support Specialist role at CMA CGM Overview Under Network Operations Manager responsibility in IT Operations department, Network & Telecom Production Manager is in charge of Network Infrastructures/Solutions Production Management and Coordination. In this Context, he (she) is accountable of MRO activities for Network and Telecom domains. RESPONSIBILITIES Incidents and Problems (including RCA), Service Requests, Alerts and Escalation Management Remediations and improvements implementation (Change Management) Quality and performance Supervision Capacity and Obsolescence Management Asset and CMDB Management Documentation Management MISSIONS/ACTIVITIES Operational management of change activity Follow-up of actions plans and backlogs Coordination of crisis/escalation meetings and taskforces Management of Network Infrastructures/Solutions Lifecycle (EOS IN/OUT, Obsolescence, vulnerabilities, maintenance) and Capacity in coordination with Product owner Improve monitoring capabilities & automations Management of Services Catalog and New services Transfer-To-Operate activities (Monitoring/Alerting, Backup, Documentation, Operating Model) Attendance to Contract Governance and performance reviews – Follow-up of Continuous Improvement Plan TECHNICAL ENVIRONMENT WAN and Interconnections: SD-WAN VeloCloud, IPSEC, GRE Telecom: AWS Direct Connect, ISP, black fibre LAN/WIFI (Switching/Routing/Segmentation): Cisco, Meraki, cisco ISE User Proxy and Remote Access: Zscaler ZIA and ZPA Monitoring, Alerting and Log Management: Icinga, prometeus, Grafana, Kibana Automation & Orchestration: Ansible, TerraForm, GitLab, Jenkins Performance and CDN: Netscout, Dynatrace, Aternity, Zscaler ZDX UC: Microsoft Teams, Direct routing, SIP, H323, Audiocodes/Oracle SBC, ARM, OVOC, Cisco Call Manager Contact Center: Nice CXone Education/Experience: Graduated in the IT field or equivalent, with more than 5 years of IT Production experience, particularly in Network and telecom domains. Network technical skills are required. A good understanding of the building blocks of the information system, application layers, servers, virtualization, and Cloud will be appreciated MINDSET Leadership, rigorous, curious, autonomous, communicating resistant to stress, team spirit, solution oriented.
