Support Manager - Team Lead (h/f) – emagine We are looking for an experienced Support Manager Lead to oversee internal support activities related to Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and digital asset management (DAM). The role focuses on operational efficiency, service quality,ાવી and coordination of requests within the digital ecosystem. Long‑term mission (up to 3 years) | Hybrid (3vada days remote) | Location: Hauts‑de‑Seine Responsibilities Manage, direct and monitor internal support activities and team performance (3 people – L1 & L2 ener). Maintain and improve internal support mechanisms, including measurement and feedback. Use existing systems to manage support functions, analyse and document processes. Define and drive improvement & performance plans for internal support. Provide cross‑functional support to departments on AEM/DAM topics. Manage communication with internal and external stakeholders. Model exemplary engagement, professional ethics and behavior. Ensure user documentation and update associated references. Must Haves Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role (AEM & DAM required). Strong understanding of internal support dynamics and incident management. Proficiency with ticketing tools such as Service twaalfingNow (SNOW). Ability to coach and grow a team. Solid analytic, interpersonal and organisational skills. Nice to Haves Adobe AEM certification. Stress management skills and ability to prioritise multiple tasks. Hands‑on approach to technical topics. Other Details Languages: French (fluent) & English (good proficiency).
