Atr - Aerostructures Supply Quality Manager (H/F) Position part of the Quality Directorate’s Marion team, comprising 5 collaborators. Mission Secure on‑quality deliveries Develop quality Key Indicators to monitor performance and implement improvement plans to enhance customer satisfaction Define partners surveillance plan covering design and production scope Plan and conduct product and process‑related audits/assessments Manage First Article Inspection (FAI) for New Product Introduction (NPI) and for series modifications for which key industrial risks are identified Perform industrial audits and/or assessments (IPCA+‑style) for high‑risk suppliers (partner scope) involving Transfer of Work, significant non‑conformities, or other critical quality issues Coordinate with FAL and/or Aftermarket Supply Chain teams and other ATR stakeholders to develop a common action plan ("one voice") when there is poor on‑quality and on‑time delivery performance from partners Contribute to partner’s quality improvement to meet ATR requirements Ensure customer satisfaction (airlines, official services, ATR internal directorates) while considering flight safety, cost control, production flow, and supply risk management Lead quality investigations within Production & Customer Support & Services departments, ensure completion of investigations, and verify effectiveness of solutions in the field This position requires frequent travel within Europe.
