Your next chapter starts here ???? Explore your future career Malt is scaling up fast and recruiting for our top-performing Sales team to accelerate growth. Our Account Managers are responsible for acquiring and nurturing long-term partnerships with mid-market companies, especially industrial PME/ETI and promising scale-ups of the French Tech. This is a challenging “full-stack” sales role, including prospecting and development on selected mid-market accounts. At Malt, we have a clearly defined career path to support professional growth. The Sales team is organized into Business Units by industry sectors. The team includes levels from AM to Practice Leader and BU Manager. You can develop as an individual contributor or team leader, participate in events, conferences, and internal training. Key Responsibilities Build your portfolio of cold companies from scratch Validate business potential through meetings obtained via prospecting (cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, events), understand company operations, and develop Malt's use, including signing contracts Identify relevant prospects, set action plans, and develop tailored sales strategies Conduct prospecting activities across channels, book discovery meetings, qualify companies, and demonstrate benefits of Malt Transform prospects into clients, support their freelancing needs, and negotiate framework agreements when relevant Develop freelancing within client companies and manage around fifteen accounts in your portfolio Establish long-term support relationships, identify new needs, and collaborate with internal teams to enhance client and freelancer experiences Conduct regular meetings, present analyses, optimize customer experience, and share sector insights Adopt Malt’s “Mid Market” spirit, be a team player, motivate daily, and remain resilient through ups and downs About You 2 to 5 years of experience, ideally in SaaS or marketplace environments Business school degree or equivalent Experience in consulting or intellectual services is a strong advantage Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging C-level meetings Strong listening skills, trust-building ability, and business development appetite Curious with analytical skills to understand client needs Knowledge of tech ecosystems is a plus Native French speaker with professional English, able to work in an international environment How to Join Initial call with Agathe, Talent Acquisition Manager (30 min) Interview with Pierre Bataille, your manager (60 min) Business case with Pierre and Sebastien Cabanes (60 min) Meet with GM Reda to understand our vision (30 min) Benefits & Culture Onboarding week at our Paris office Stock options for all employees Lunch vouchers (€9/day), transportation reimbursement (50%), RTT (8-12 days), sports membership, sabbatical after 3 years, free books, hybrid remote work, team events Inclusivity & Values We are committed to diversity and inclusion, recruiting based on skills and potential, without discrimination.
