Events Manager - H/F Join to apply for the Events Manager - H/F role at MyTraffic. MyTraffic is a location intelligence platform that helps commerce professionals make smarter decisions. Founded in 2016 in France, it serves over 500 customers across retail, real estate, cities, and electric vehicles. In November 2022, it raised €30M in Series B, and in January 2024 it acquired Geoblink. MyTraffic will launch an AI‑powered product and strengthen its go‑to‑market strategy around a product‑led growth approach. The role plays a key part in this transformation. Job Description Build and own MyTraffic’s overall event strategy and roadmap. Organize MyTraffic’s presence at major industry events (e.g., MAPIC, MIPIM) and manage approximately 20 internal events per year across Europe, overseeing everything end to end to generate qualified leads and increase brand awareness. Prospect and identify relevant, high‑potential speakers for events. Develop engaging and creative ideas to entertain guests (goodies, special guests, activations, happenings, etc.). Collaborate with the Growth Partnership Manager to animate the Creator community with special events, part of the new AI product strategy. Work with the Content Manager to create creative event content and propose new initiatives that drive attendance from prospects and existing users. Partner with Sales and Client teams to track key metrics, analyze event performance, and ensure effective post‑event follow‑up and conversion. About You Graduated from a marketing, event, or hospitality‑management school. Fluent in English and French (written and spoken). Minimum 2 years of experience in a comparable role with significant on‑site event management responsibility. Nice‑to‑have KPIs oriented – evaluates performance against reliable metrics. Exceptional project managing skills, strong organizational capabilities (retroplannings, action plans, budgets). High‑standard communication with meticulous attention to detail. Autonomous, proactive, and creative. Experience in retail or real‑estate industries is a plus.
