Senior Account Manager – Europe We are seeking an experienced Senior Account Manager – Europe to lead and support our locally serviced European clients while contributing to a global, collaborative account management approach. This role is responsible for overseeing account operations, driving profitability, managing client and supplier relationships, and leading cross-functional teams to deliver operational excellence. The ideal candidate is a strategic leader with strong commercial acumen, proven people management experience, and the ability to manage complex, multi-region offices and suppliers. Job Requirements Key Skills & Competencies Strong leadership, coaching, and people management skills Excellent interpersonal, listening, and communication abilities Proven project management and organizational skills Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities Experience with purchasing, vendor management, and inventory analysis Knowledge of lean processes, process documentation, and continuous improvement Ability to manage and lead geographically dispersed teams High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and follow‑through Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, demanding environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Fluent in English (written and spoken) Willingness to continuously learn new systems and procedures Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field 8+ years of experience in account management or a related role Proven experience in a managerial or leadership positionStrong decision‑making and prioritization skills Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills Ability to manage multiple accounts and stakeholders simultaneously Willingness to travel as required Job Responsibilities Build and maintain strong client relationships with key operational stakeholders to ensure service excellence Oversee day‑to‑day account operations, ensuring team members clearly understand roles and responsibilities Manage and maintain definitive client agreements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with supplier and client terms Maintain up‑to‑date client documentation, including processes, contracts, and pro forma P&Ls Analyze new and existing business profitability and provide regular reporting on account performance Oversee the successful implementation of new client accounts and related processes and procedures Make financially responsible and defensible business decisions aligned with company policies Review performance metrics to monitor productivity, service levels, and goals Manage sales and purchase orders, ensuring internal processes are documented and consistently followed Coordinate with vendors to source and deliver products in a cost‑effective and timely manner Collaborate across departments (local and global) to ensure seamless client service Lead initiatives to improve productivity, operational efficiency, and process standardization Job Benefits Why Join Us Opportunity to lead high‑impact European and global client accounts Collaborative, international working environment Leadership role with autonomy and strategic influence Career growth and professional development opportunities #J-18808-Ljbffr
