At DXC France we are looking for a Workday Sales Lead to join our great team of HCM. Requirements 5+ years of experience in Sales, with a minimum of 3 years of direct sales experience in Workday, ideally more than $10M, including $6 million in new sales yearly. Deep understanding of SaaS solutions, including Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Human Capital Management. Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets (75%+ success rate). Extensive experience in selling Workday solutions is required. Experience selling other HCM solutions such as Cornerstone is another strong advantage. Willingness to travel 25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients you serve. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, including experience presenting to C‑level executives. Fluent in French and English is required and fluent in Italian, Spanish or German is a plus Tasks Play a key role in identifying and closing new business opportunities within target markets, driving growth through the direct sales of Workday Advisory, Implementation, and Managed Services in Europe. Develop strategy for prioritizing, targeting, and closing key opportunities in assigned territory. Drive joint opportunities and source partner pipeline. Educate clients on DXC’s Workday and broader Applications Services capabilities and success stories and effectively communicate DXC’s value proposition to both partners and customers.
