At DXC France we are looking for a **Workday Sales Lead** to join our great team of **HCM**.**Requirements:*** 5+ years of experience in Sales, with a minimum of 3 years of direct sales experience in Workday, ideally more than $10M, including $6 million in new sales yearly.* Deep understanding of SaaS solutions, including Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Human Capital Management.* Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets (75%+ success rate).* Extensive experience in selling Workday solutions is required. Experience selling other HCM solutions such as Cornerstone is another strong advantage.* Willingness to travel 25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients you serve.* Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, including experience presenting to C-level executives.* Fluent in French and English is required and fluent in Italian, Spanish or German is a plus**Tasks:*** Play a key role in identifying and closing new business opportunities within target markets, driving growth through the direct sales of Workday Advisory, Implementation, and Managed Services in Europe.* Develop strategy for prioritizing, targeting, and closing key opportunities in assigned territory.* Drive joint opportunities and source partner pipeline.* Educate clients on DXC’s Workday and broader Applications Services capabilities and success stories and effectively communicate DXC’s value proposition to both partners and customers.* Negotiate price, terms, and other deal conditions with clients.* Professional development.* Leading projects in market reference clients.* Excellent work environment.* Flexibility and work-life balance.* Work with leading technologies within the IT sector.* Access to DXC University with unlimited certifications.* Social and responsible commitment.* Stable employment.* Social benefits.At DXC Technology, we believe strong connections and community are key to our success.
