Regional Sales Manager – Paris FM is seeking a Regional Sales Manager based in Paris to lead new business development for our Global Sales EMEA & APAC team. Responsibilities Lead the region’s new business development by coaching, developing and mentoring Business Development Executives (BDEs) in the field. Write profitable new business and collaborate with Operations to manage the region’s sales funnel. Ensure prospecting efforts attract well‑aligned clients who view FM as trusted advisors. Maintain a full funnel: open doors, create opportunities and keep prospects moving through the pipeline. Engage with Division Managers (DMs), Operations Management and Business Development Specialists (BDSs) to achieve individual and regional goals. Develop skills to sell risk improvement, close direct business and win with brokers. Set New Business objectives at the region, division, operation and individual levels and achieve premium, direct quota and quote/written ratio targets. Work with the Sales Enablement Manager to qualify prospects, research leads and nurture them with dedicated BDS support. Create and implement an annual and 3‑year strategic sales plan, presenting it to Operations Management each rolling 12‑36 months. Lead the Client Service Process, pursue early CST appointments and use call plans, client service plans and new business proposal templates. Document call plans, reports, client service plans and proposals in CRM; keep information accurate and up‑to‑date. Coach BDEs to collaborate with BDSs, move prospects into the funnel and meet call quality criteria. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree. 10 or more years in the insurance industry with proven leadership ability. Strong listening, communication and persuasion skills.
