GXO are looking for an HR Product Specialist with experience in a fast-paced environment across multiple geographies, topics and teams.The scope of the role is primarily to support the Continental Europe region (but not exclusively) and will work closely with the Product Owner, Process Owners and other HR Product Specialists HR Core as well as the People Services teams and in collaboration with HR Technology. You will be accountable for the end-to-end management of HR Core Products within GXO, from hire to retire, consisting of operating model, processes, technology and data through the entire lifecycle (strategy, plan, build and run).The ideal candidate will have product management experience including strong project management skills in the domain of HR Core with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.Key ResponsibilitiesProduct Management and OptimizationOversee the end-to-end lifecycle of our HR Core solutions (mainly SAP SuccessFactors EC), from requirements gathering, testing to implementation and support.Work with the HR Core Process Owners and the People Services teams in the UKI region to understand their needs and translate them into functional product features and improvements (continuous improvement, optimization and new opportunities)Manage the backlog of requirements in JIRA in collaboration with HR Technology and represent HR in the CAB processProcess ImprovementWork with the Process Owners to identify opportunities for standardizing and optimizing HR Core processes across the UKI region to improve efficiency and maintain a consistent employee experienceEnsure HR software supports best practices in HR operations and aligns with industry standards.Maintenance, User Support & TrainingIn collaboration with HR Technology, monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and recommend enhancements.Act as the primary point of contact for system-related issues, providing timely resolution or escalation when necessary.Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance within HR Core systemsProvide training and support to HR teams and end-users to ensure proper use of HR products.SkillsExcellent project management skills, with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects across different regions and time zonesStrong cross-cultural communication skills and the ability to collaborate with teams across diverse regionsExcellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.Excellent planning skillsWorks well under pressure with the ability to work at pace in an agile manner delivering outputs in the momentExcellent team player with a collaborative approachInfluence with a positive and professional attitudeExperience7+ years of experience in product management with a focus on HR Core, ideally in a global context.Strong knowledge of HR processes and systems, ideally of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and/or Document Management SystemsExperience in Agile Project ManagementExperience in cross country, regional and cultural transformation programsAble to use and apply key project technologies and planning Tools (e.g Excel, Jira, Teams, SharePoint, Project etc)Certification (optional but preferred) : SAP HCM and/or project management and/or product managementRole can be based in either France or PolandGXO is a leading provider of cutting-edge supply chain solutions to the most successful companies in the world.
