Notre client, acteur international de l’énergie et des services, développe et exploite des systèmes d’information stratégiques permettant la gestion des actifs renouvelables et l’intégration de l’électricité verte sur les marchés. Ces systèmes s’inscrivent dans une démarche globale de transition énergétique, visant à optimiser les opérations de marché et la performance des actifs. Rejoindre cette organisation, c’est intégrer une équipe multiculturelle au cœur de la transformation énergétique, et participer à des projets innovants qui façonnent l’avenir de l’énergie décarbonée. Nous recherchons un Delivery Manager pour piloter la mise en œuvre des systèmes d’information dédiés aux énergies renouvelables. Ces solutions couvrent la gestion des actifs renouvelables et des contrats d’électricité, et s’intègrent dans un environnement Agile/SAFe. Votre rôle sera de garantir la qualité, la fiabilité et la réussite des livraisons, en assurant la coordination entre les équipes techniques, les parties prenantes métiers et les fournisseurs. Superviser la livraison de bout en bout (déploiement, tests, documentation). Piloter les releases et améliorer les processus de livraison. Définir et coordonner les stratégies de test et d’assurance qualité. Assurer la documentation et la gestion des connaissances. Garantir l’alignement et la communication avec les parties prenantes. Identifier des pistes d’amélioration continue pour les pratiques de delivery. Profil recherché Expérience confirmée en delivery management et gestion de versions (secteur IT ou énergie). Bonne connaissance du SDLC, des pratiques Agile/SAFe et des environnements complexes. Compétences en communication, coordination et organisation. Connaissance des systèmes d’énergie renouvelable et/ou des marchés de l’électricité. L’anglais courant est requis (français ou néerlandais appréciés). Compétences en DevOps (Terraform, Azure DevOps, Docker) appréciées. Familiarité avec les standards ITIL, tests automatisés, méthodologies de tests. Qui sommes-nous ?
