SAP SuccessFactors Solution Advisor The SAP SuccessFactors Solution Advisor possesses advanced/expert‑level knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors solutions and participates in sales cycles as part of the virtual account team supporting the sales account strategy. This role interacts with prospective customers through executive meetings, discovery conversations, solution demonstrations, executive presentations and follow‑up discussions. The primary objective during an active sales cycle is to gain customer acceptance that SAP SuccessFactors best addresses their business requirements and differentiates strongly against competitors. The Solution Advisor often acts as Solution Captain on complex opportunities. The role collaborates closely with Sales and Value Engineering to shape opportunity strategy and articulate business value. Responsibilities Deliver high‑quality sales presentations covering SAP SuccessFactors solutions. Prepare and deliver value‑based, personalized demonstrations. Conduct discovery sessions to understand customer needs and refine positioning. Demonstrate deep HR and solution expertise with relevant customer examples. Support RFx responses. Present effectively in virtual environments. Provide limited post‑sale support for smooth transition to implementation teams. Act as Solution Captain for complex or multi‑solution opportunities. Leverage expert teams (Solution Specialists, CoE, Value Engineering, Solution Hubs, Product Management, Deal Advisors). Adoption & Innovation Enablement Deliver focused demonstrations highlighting new releases and key innovations. Provide clarification demos to address shelfware and re‑activate unused features. Demand Generation Support one‑to‑many sales and marketing events (onsite or remote). Identify whitespace opportunities together with Sales. Sales Readiness Maintain strong working relationships with Sales. Contribute to demo system design, planning and configuration when required. Participate in product release testing, enablement and peer knowledge sharing. Contribute to or lead activities within Solution Hubs. Experience & Qualifications 5+ years presales experience. 5+ years experience with SAP SuccessFactors or a main competitive HRIS solution (Workday, Oracle HCM) in presales or consulting. Ideally, 5+ years experience with SAP HCM and SAP French Payroll. Expert knowledge of end‑to‑end HR processes and solution matching. Experience working within enterprise sales cycles. Excellent presentation and communication skills in English and French.
