Account Executive UK - SaaS B2B – Hiboo We’re a Paris‑based SaaS company, founded in 2018; our mission is to enable industries to reconcile their productivity challenges with their net‑zero trajectory. To help teams make better decisions, we gather, enrich, and display data from their connected fleets (construction machinery, trucks, light vehicles, etc.) in an app that combines a simple interface with a robust technical architecture. In France, we’re the market leader, and since last year, we’ve been growing at 50%—a pace we aim to maintain in 2026. Our team has grown to 50 people, and now we’re expanding into the UK—our top priority for 2026, with massive growth potential. We already succeeded in signing with a local leader customer: Flannery. To lead this expansion, we’re looking for a Sales Executive in the UK to drive new business and establish Hiboo as the go‑to solution for the Construction Industry. This role requires the ability to explore new opportunities, build strategic relationships, and lay the groundwork for successful expansion in the UK market. Depending on opportunities, other European markets may also be targeted. Team The Sales team consists of five members who work mostly on the French market. The team works closely with the Partnerships, Customer Success, Product, and Marketing departments. Key Responsibilities You will manage the full sales cycle (3 to 12 months – from €15k to €1m ARR), from initial prospecting to contract signing. Client Relations & Ecosystem Engage with key stakeholders, including executives and decision‑makers. Build lasting relationships and represent Hiboo at partner events and trade shows to foster connections. Collaborate with our Partnership Team to strengthen ties with ecosystem partners to exchange leads and foster partnerships. Sales Strategy Develop tailored sales strategies based on each client’s needs, using action plans, structured pitches, and customized presentation materials. Once a deal is signed with the headquarters, oversee the deployment across the network, ensuring seamless coordination with Customer Success, partner integration, and clients. Gain a strong technical understanding of Hiboo’s software to address prospects’ needs and propose appropriate solutions. Market Exploration & Adaptation Conduct in‑depth research to understand the UK market, its key players, partners, challenges, and trends. Identify strategic opportunities and adapt go‑to‑market strategies accordingly. Work closely with the Product team to propose and implement necessary product evolutions to meet the specific needs of the UK market. Monitor and evaluate market feedback, sharing insights with leadership to refine strategies and enhance performance. Qualifications 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience on the UK market. A strong track record in complex sales (enterprise, multiple stakeholders, strategic solutions). Solid mastery of sales techniques across the full cycle, from prospecting to closing deals. Results‑driven with a history of consistently hitting and exceeding your annual targets (min €300k). French is a plus but not required; a conversational level is appreciated. Based in the UK, with frequent travel in France to meet the team (our main office is based in Paris).
