Account Executive UK - SaaS B2B role at Hiboo. We’re a Paris‑based SaaS company, founded in 2018, that helps teams reconcile productivity challenges with a net‑zero trajectory by gathering, enriching, and displaying data from connected fleets (construction machinery, trucks, light vehicles, etc.) in a user‑friendly app. In France we’re the market leader and, since last year, we’ve grown at 50% year‑on‑year. Our team now has 50 people and we are expanding into the UK – a key priority for 2026 – with massive growth potential. We have already begun working with a local leader, Flannery, and want a Sales Executive to drive new business and establish Hiboo as the go‑to solution for the Construction Industry. Responsibilities Manage the full sales cycle (3–12 months, 15k€–1m€ ARR) from prospecting to contract signing. Engage key stakeholders, including executives and decision‑makers. Build lasting relationships and represent Hiboo at partner events and trade shows to foster connections. Collaborate with the Partnership Team to strengthen ties with ecosystem partners, exchanging leads and fostering partnerships. Develop tailored sales strategies based on each client’s needs, using action plans, structured pitches, and customised presentation materials. Oversee deployment after a deal is signed with headquarters, ensuring seamless coordination with Customer Success, partner integration, and clients. Gain a strong technical understanding of Hiboo’s software to address prospects’ needs and propose appropriate solutions. Conduct in‑depth research to understand the UK market, its key players, partners, challenges, and trends. Identify strategic opportunities and adapt go‑to‑market strategies accordingly. Work closely with the Product team to propose and implement necessary product evolutions to meet the UK market’s specific needs. Monitor and evaluate market feedback and share insights with leadership to refine strategies and enhance performance. Qualifications 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience in the UK market. A strong track record in complex sales (enterprise, multiple stakeholders, strategic solutions). Solid mastery of sales techniques across the full cycle, from prospecting to closing deals. Results‑driven with a history of consistently hitting and exceeding annual targets (minimum £300k). French is a plus but not required; a conversational level is appreciated. Based in the UK with frequent travel to France to meet the team (our main office is in Paris).
