Collect, compare and synthesize international data relating to its category (consumer, markets, competitors, countries, digital …), generate insights and propose actions based on the analysis of results. Make marketing mix recommendations for the product launch or the renovation of pillar products, in collaboration with the departments involved (communication, digital, retail, etc.). Contribute to the development of creative media in line with the brand's integrated communication platform (image, digital, point of sale). Constantly interact with strategic areas and countries for its category, support them in product launches and ensure follow‑up. Operational Marketing Orchestrate launches and promote the growth of the pillars through its product, market and consumer expertise to contribute to the growth of the brand and the development of consumer relations. Collect and analyze consumer, market and competitor insights on its products to make recommendations to management. Propose and implement marketing mix strategies (IMC / 360 / Digital / Retail) to create integrated consumer experiences, engaging and consistent with the brand DNA. Adapt communication media (image, digital, point of sale). Mobilize and collaborate with other services (trade, logistics, education, etc.) and agencies to ensure the success of marketing strategies. Qualifications 2+ years’ work experience in marketing (full time position after graduation). In-depth knowledge of product innovation development process, technical understanding and category expertise of formulas. A business approach of the brands, competitive & trends knowledge.
