Lieu : Lisbonne Portugal Date de Début : Mi-Janvier 2026 Nous recherchons un Spécialiste en Support Technique B2B expérimenté et polyglotte pour rejoindre notre équipe à Lisbonne. Ce rôle est essentiel pour assister les partenaires publicitaires dune entreprise technologique de premier plan. Votre Contribution Clé : En tant que point de contact principal pour le marché francophone vous garantirez le bon fonctionnement des produits publicitaires et assurerez la satisfaction des clients business. Exigences Linguistiques : Français : Maîtrise courante / niveau maternel (C1 / C2) est indispensable. Anglais : Niveau intermédiaire avancé (B2) est requis pour la formation et les communications internes. Missions Principales : Diagnostic Technique : Gérer et résoudre les problèmes techniques complexes (troubleshooting) liés aux produits publicitaires principalement via e-mail et chat. Résolution Collaborative : Coordonner les efforts avec les équipes d'ingénierie et d'opérations produits pour garantir une résolution rapide et définitive des requêtes. Optimisation du Service : Participer activement à la recherche d'initiatives pour améliorer la qualité du service et l'expérience utilisateur globale. Conformité et Qualité : Veiller au respect des niveaux de service (SLAs) et maintenir des scores élevés de satisfaction client (CSAT). Formation Produit : Informer et guider les annonceurs sur les fonctionnalités des produits et les méthodes de résolution des problèmes courants. Conditions et Avantages : Aide à la Relocalisation : Un soutien complet à la relocalisation est offert par l'entreprise (détails précis communiqués lors de l'entretien incluant généralement une assistance pour le voyage et le logement initial). Contrat : Poste à durée indéterminée (CDI) en présentiel à Lisbonne avec début prévu pour mi-Janvier 2026.
